Will my insurance cover this item?

Answer:  Upon recieving your insurance information, we will call to verify benefits and ask if the item is covered under your plan.  Please remember that benefits quoted to us are not always a guarantee of payment.

What are your hours of operation?

Answer:  Each office has its own hours of operation.  Please call the location you want to use and they will be happy to provide this information.

Do I need an appointment?

Answer:  Yes.  All patients must be seen by a practitioner.

When will my payment be due?

Answer:  Whenever there is a copayment or deductible ,  payment is due at time of the delivery of your device.
